Refund policy

We stand by the Norscot Dripless Shaft Seal and its optimum and proven performance. However, should you need to return the product or parts purchased, the following terms and conditions apply:

We offer a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee for any products and parts returned to us that are damage-free and in their original packaging.

Any complete kits returned to us are subject to a 12% restocking fee. A complete kit is comprised of:

  • Bronze housing (3 seals, bleed nut, barbed fitting, and install tool)
  • Reservoir bottle and bracket
  • Reservoir tubing and 2 reservoir tubing clamps
  • Log hose (with possible log hose bushing or reducer inside for some models) and 4 log hose clamps

Customers are responsible for any shipping expenses related to returning the product or parts to us.

For any Norscot parts or kits damaged or defective upon arrival to the customer, we will pay for the return shipping and reserve the right to refund the purchase until we inspect and process the item(s).
